Corrections

Corrections are welcome, especially with a source. Send the page, the figure that looks wrong and where you saw a different one, ideally a link to the vendor’s own pricing or help page and the date you read it. If we got it wrong, we fix the page and update its date.

Questions about a bill

Tell us the setup you are pricing (people on the team, pages, languages, yearly or monthly billing) and we will tell you whether one of our standard scenarios covers it. We cannot answer account or billing questions about your own subscription; the vendor’s support team can.

Vendors and PR

We do not accept payment, free plans or gifts in exchange for coverage, and we do not sell placements, sponsored posts or links. Factual corrections from vendors are welcome on the same terms as from readers: with a source.

When to expect a reply

We read every message and reply when a reply is needed, usually within a few working days.
